Note

Light yellow tablet with '10/325' and 'Percocet' printed on it, contains approximately 25 parts Acetaminophen and 1 part Oxycodone. The Mandelin reagent test turned very light green and then clear.

Submitter indicates tablet was sold as 'Oxycontin' even though tablet says 'Percocet' on it, maybe they meant oxycodone?
