Appears to be kava (or kava extract) and kratom (or kratom extract). Mitragynine and trace natural plant-sourced compounds normally present in kratom are present. The kava compounds detected were identified by library match. Very busy chromatograph. No other drugs detected.

Brown powder residue stuck to paper. Sender indicates the material was originally a liquid.
