Lab comments:
Unidentified Substance #1: 2 part (now tentatively identified)

Unidentified Substance #2: 4 parts

Unidentified Substance #3: 4 parts (now tentatively identified)

Fine white powder residue.
Jun 23 2022: 2-tert-Butyl-4,6-dimethylphenol (CAS# 1879-09-0, syn: Oxymetazoline impurity) has been suggested as a potential identification for the Unidentified-1 substance in this sample. Unidentified #3 is similar to the spectrum for 1,4,7,14,17,20-hexaoxacyclohexacosane-8,13,21,26-tetraone (CAS# 314254-68-7, syn: Adipate Diethylene glycol cyclic dimer). [Thank you, Y., for these suggestions.] We're not able to confirm these proposed identifications at this time.

2-tert-Butyl-4,6-dimethylphenol would be considered a synthesis byproduct. If present at anything above tiny amounts, it would likely burn the mouth if tasted or burn at the injection site if injected.

1,4,7,14,17,20-hexaoxacyclohexacosane-8,13,21,26-tetraone doesn't appear to be psychoactive.

Unidentifed Substances
This sample contains an unidentified chemical. We do not have a matching substance in our lab's internal database and have not yet been able to identify the chemical(s).

We need the help of outside expert analytical chemists and drug geeks to determine what substance matches the mass spectrum (MS) fingerprint. The lab's GC/MS graphs can be viewed by clicking on the thumbnails on this page.
