Ratio of acetaminophen is likely greater than 100. Acetaminophen does not GC very efficiently. We saw a 100-to-1 ratio of acetaminophen to fentanyl, but since we don't use a quantification methodology for acetaminophen, we only roughly estimate the ratio of acetaminophen to drugs that GC efficiently.
